In my consulting business, I work with nonprofit leaders in elevating their organization’s finances from a burden into one of their most strategic tools. I focus on promoting teamwork and effectively utilizing financial data to drive organizational success. Through customized services focusing on advisory and coaching/training, I connect nonprofit finances to the organization’s plans for strategy, fundraising, and mission.

I am an experienced and dedicated accounting /finance professional. After passing the CPA exam, I worked in public accounting and then corporate accounting roles. I transitioned to the nonprofit sector, first as a Controller and then into two CFO roles. Now, with almost 20 years in the nonprofit sector, I am passionate and committed to supporting nonprofits elevate their finances to help in fulfilling their mission.
