Our "Governance & Growth" session of Ask the Experts is designed for nonprofits at every stage — from startups finding their footing to mature organizations preparing for their next chapter.
This Ask the Experts session features organizational consultants specializing in startup support, board development, leadership coaching, strategic planning, and mergers & acquisitions. The panel will explore how nonprofits can strengthen governance structures, prepare leaders, and navigate major transitions — followed by breakout office hours for customized guidance.
