Nonprofit Lifecycles Scholarship Form

Thanks to our generous friends at Thanks to our generous friends at Abbett Family Foundation and Vitalyst Health Foundation, we are able to provide full or partial scholarships for qualifying organizations to attend our Nonprofit Lifecycles workshops.

To receive a complimentary 'Vitalyst' scholarship, your organization must meet one (1) of the following qualifications to apply. Opportunities are limited.

• Organizations who have an annual budget of under $250,000, show financial need (500 words or less), and fall within Vitalyst’s Elements of a Healthy Community parameters.
• Organizations who have been adversely impacted due to COVID19, show financial need (500 words or less), and fall within Vitalyst's Elements of a Healthy Community parameters.
• Organizations who are a current TAPAZ partner
• Organizations who are an existing Vitalyst partner (a grantee or recipient of consultation support)

You must complete our SHORT application to be considered. Scholarship submissions will be reviewed and recipients will be determined within a week or two. 

Once approved, the attendee will receive an email with instructions on how to officially register online.

REMINDER: At least 3 people, or a maximum of 5, from an organization (staff or board members) must attend.  One of those individuals must be the CEO/Executive Director. If there is no FTE, then the Board Chair is required.  If you have questions about this, please email events@azimpactforgood.org.
